Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA):
Please note that if you are arriving in Terminal C (most likely for international passengers), you will need to
Take the aero-train (free) to the Main Terminal Building. Look out and follow the ARRIVAL / BAGGAGE CLAIM sign.
In the Main Terminal Building (after your aero-train ride), go through the immigration clearance and then the baggage collection area.
After that you will proceed through customs and into the main arrival concourse. Purchase a coupon for taxi to your hotel and proceed to Gate 3.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
International flights will be arriving at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The distance from KLIA to the city is about 50km.
Airport Taxi: After going through the customs, purchase a coupon for taxi to Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Then, proceed to Gate 3 to board the taxi. Do not accept offer from private individuals! Purchase ticket/coupon from designated counter only.
KLIA Express Train: The non-stop journey between KLIA and KL Sentral takes only 28 minutes. The train departs from both terminals every 15 minutes, seven days a week. From KL Sentral Station, you then need to take a taxi to Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Ticket for the KLIA Express Train to KL Sentral Station must be purchased from the counter at the arrival concourse of the Main Terminal Building. The cost for a single trip is RM35. Upon arrival at the KL Sentral Station, coupon for taxi must be purchased from the counter at the arrival section to the hotel. Alternatively, you may also choose the Commuter Train from KL Sentral to Putra Station.
